Why Should We Believe...

...we could possibly do 24-hour background checks on millions of illegal aliens, but we can't deal with processing millions of passport applications for legal residents, even for those who have paid extra for expedited service?

I won't even address the immigration applications of legal immigrants which are buried in years of red tape and delays...

I really have a problem with the pie-in-the-sky Senators who have been trying to dupe the American public into believing their "normalization" plan had any hope of success.

Your golden boy Fred Thompson was just on Doug McIntyre's morning show on KABC radio and he was rather sweet on turncoat quisling John McCain, saying ". . . he's a good friend of mine who has honorable intentions." He was similarly respectful of "confirmed bachelor" Lindsay Graham, perennial traitor Ted Kennedy, the duplicitous Harry Reid and his other good pals in high places and fellow travelers from the Council on Foreign Relations. Laura likes movies; maybe you Thompson types might want to rent a great Eliza Kazan movie from 1957 called "Face In The Crowd" starring Andy Griffith to get you straight on old Hickory Hank there.

Bag. Can I call you 'Bag'?

Somehow I'm not surprised at your lack of appreciation for or understanding of the need for civility in our government. I agree about 'Face In The Crowd'. Good flick that show Griffith's versatility.
